Q: Can I use my own fabric or other materials?

A: Yes, please send the materials to our factory before the production. However, we are not responsible for the international delivery cost or any tax.
Q: How can I make a change or cancel my order?

A: Making a change to your order is only allowed before production, Once your order has been produced, the order cannot be canceled or returned.
Q: Can the glass table top be left outdoors all year?

A: Yes. All table top glass is toughened and tempered and able to withstand exposure to significant temperature variations. However – if there is a risk of anything falling onto the glass due to bad weather such as tree branches in high winds, it may be worth removing the glass from the table and storing inside.
Q: My teak furniture is splitting. Is this normal?

A: Teak will naturally develop splits as it dries out through the season, this will be particularly visible on the ends of parts such as arm rests and edges of tables. This is part of the natural weathering process.
Q: How do I treat my teak furniture?

A: You can let your teak furniture weather naturally to an elegant silvery grey colour. Alternatively, we recommend cleaning the furniture with hot soapy water or usingTeak Cleaner or giving the furniture a light sanding. When the product is completely dry apply teak protector to maintain the original honey colour.
Q: Why has my teak furniture turned grey?

A: This is a natural weathering process for teak which is caused mainly through exposure to UV. This does not affect the strength or longevity of the product and is purely cosmetic.
